Ms. Ivon Brohier serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Janashakthi Finance, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience in the financial services sector. She possesses extensive expertise in corporate finance, strategic planning, financial governance, risk management, and business transformation, with a proven track record of driving business growth, profitability, operational excellence, and sustainable organisational performance.

Throughout her career, Ms. Brohier has held senior leadership positions at several leading financial institutions, including PMF Finance PLC, Softlogic Finance PLC, Abans Finance PLC, Nations Trust Bank, and AMW Capital Leasing and Finance PLC. Prior to joining Janashakthi Finance, she served as Chief Operating Officer at PMF Finance PLC, following her tenure as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Softlogic Finance PLC.

Her professional experience spans corporate strategy, business transformation, financial management, regulatory compliance, budgeting and financial planning, risk management, and organisational restructuring. She has played a key role in strengthening financial governance and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisations she has served.

Ms. Brohier is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (FCA) and a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA). She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colombo and a Bachelor of Science in Management (Special) with Second Class Upper Division from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
