Mr. Dharana Korale Arachchi serves as the Head of Marketing, bringing over 11 years of professional experience across the Advertising, Telecommunications, Banking, and Finance sectors, with a significant portion of his career dedicated to the banking industry. He possesses extensive expertise in strategic marketing leadership, with a strong focus on brand development, digital marketing, customer engagement, reputation management, data-driven decision-making, and business growth.

Throughout his career, Mr. Korale Arachchi has successfully led integrated marketing initiatives, digital transformation programmes, brand-building efforts, and customer engagement strategies, driving sustainable business growth and strengthening organisational reputation. His professional experience spans both agency and client-side environments, providing him with a well-rounded perspective on modern marketing and business strategy. Under his leadership, marketing initiatives have received recognition at leading industry award platforms.
In addition to his corporate leadership responsibilities, he serves as a jury member for local and international marketing award platforms. He is also an industry mentor and external resource person for multiple universities, actively contributing to the development of future marketing professionals and the advancement of industry knowledge.

Mr. Korale Arachchi holds a Bachelor of Business Management (Honours) in Marketing Management and a Master of Business Management in Marketing from the University of Kelaniya. He is also a member of the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM).
