Ms. Sachinthani Meeriyagalla serves as the Head of Human Resources, bringing over 14 years of professional experience across the Finance, Apparel, and F&B Manufacturing sectors. She possesses strong expertise in strategic human resource leadership, with a focus on talent management, organisational development, employee relations, and HR policy formulation, contributing to the effective alignment of people strategies with business objectives.

She has spent a significant portion of her career at Alliance Finance Company PLC, where she served for 10 years, most recently as Senior Manager – Human Resources. In this role, she played a key part in driving HR initiatives that supported organizational growth and operational excellence. Prior to this, she gained valuable experience in the Human Resources functions at Nestlé Lanka PLC and within the apparel industry, further strengthening her multi-industry exposure.

Ms. Meeriyagalla holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management (with Distinction) from the University of Northampton, United Kingdom, and a Pearson Assured Executive Diploma in Human Resources Management (Postgraduate Diploma) from the Human Resource Management Institute.
