She joined Softlogic Holdings PLC in 2014 and was subsequently seconded as Chief Operating Officer of Softlogic Finance PLC, where she played a key role in strengthening operational controls and enhancing organisational productivity. In 2018, she was appointed Chief Process Officer of the Asiri Hospital Group, leading group-wide process reengineering initiatives, procurement transformation, and the optimisation of accounts receivable portfolios. These initiatives delivered measurable improvements in efficiency, cash flow performance, and customer and patient experience.
